Coaching the Marlins since 2001, and participating on the team since the age of four, Mike Zmuda understands the determination and hard work required to see progress and improvement in the lanes. A graduate of George Mason and current swim coach at Norfolk Academy, Coach Mike has dedicated his career towards pushing his swimmers to better themselves, both in and out of the pool.
